“Know thyself and you will know the Universe.”
- the Oracle of Delphi.
Our Story
Our Founder is an intrepid outlier, a freethinker, and proudly unconventional. He is passionate about his work as an entrepreneur, and committed to philanthropy. Although his life-journey has been fraught with formidable struggles, he has managed to prevail over every challenge, with good humour, intellect, and unshakeable fortitude. Helping others is hard-wired in his DNA, and he has dedicated at least 30 years to his mission to empower the world - one person at a time.
Our Name
We chose the name Panopticon (derived from the Ancient Greek word πανόπτης, meaning: ‘to see all’) to reflect the diversity of our Founder’s life-experiences. Including, the eclectic nature of the knowledge he has accumulated in academia, in private practice, from living and working with the First Nations people of Australia, and the decades of study in traditional Japanese Budo.
Our Method
Our Empowerment Coaching methods are unorthodox, and steer away from the inferior Motivational Coaching style preferred by many practitioners in the Coaching Industry. In contrast, we work in collaboration with our clients, and provide them with the skills, knowledge, and support they need to fend for themselves. Essentially, our programs are evidence-based, results-driven, and deliver the prosperity our clients deserve.
Our Promise
Panopticon was founded on the promise to always maintain the highest professional and ethical standards. And, in doing so, assuring that our clients have a safe, supportive, inspiring, and strictly confidential environment, where they can express and explore their most challenging issues. Creating Panopticon was the fulfilment of a dream to help others to live their best lives.
